Changes to Ontario Regulation 611 became effective January 1, 2015, and require all annual inspections (PMCVI), and inspection conducted for issuing Safety Standards Certificates (SSC), to be conducted in accordance with the National Safety Code Standard 11B (NSC 11B). An inspection report must be completed for every inspection.  This required inspection report must contain certain information prescribed by the regulations.

The inspection report offered by OTA provides spaces for all of the prescribed information and includes a checklist for the inspecting technician to follow to make sure every required item is inspected. This report is designed to be used with the Practical Safety Inspection TM handbook that provides detailed instructions inspections.
