Returns are only permitted within 3 days from delivery date, a 20% restocking charge applies. 

An authorization number is required for the transaction to be valid. Check to make sure the date is within the 3 days alloted for refunds/exchanges.

• Carefully package the shipment.
• Include reason for the return.
• Include copy of credit card receipt. Please indicate credit card number and transaction authorization number.
• Send the prepaid shipment back to OTA office.
• A representative will confirm your return.
