A certificate is generated after course completion. This confirms compliance with training requirements under DOT regulations, and provides a record of completion for other supervisors.

Refresher course: Streamlined learning and compliance
The refresher is strongly recommended for supervisors who were trained more than 3 years ago. The refresher includes an initial knowledge review, directs learners to areas in need of enhanced learning, reduces training time, and speeds knowledge transfer.

Situation handling: Practical applications
Given the explicit nature of A&D policy and procedures, learners may access the Situation Handling module to receive just-in-time support with real-life scenarios that tie learning concepts back into day-to-day performance objectives. By incorporating several industry specific scenarios, learners ensure that their gut instincts are aligned with legislative and policy requirements.
