This book consists of a Record of Duty Status report only. Each page accomodates a driver's duty status for seven days using a grid format. A 14-day recap is also provided on each page. The record of duty status can be used for drivers that are exempt from the daily log book requirements. This is normally drivers who operate within a 160 kilometre radius of their home terminal and return to that terminal at the end of their work shift.
